Antigen Swab Test Kit Principle
The Green Spring® SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test is a qualitative membrane-based immunoassay for the detection of the nucleocapsid protein antigen of SARS-CoV-2, with the detection line area coated with SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. The sample reacts with SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in the test line area. If the sample contains SARS-CoV-2 antigen, a colored line will appear in the test line area (T) as a result. As a program control, a colored line appears in the control line area (C), indicating that the correct volume of sample has been added and that membrane wicking has occurred correctly.
Limit of Detection (analytical sensitivity)
The limit of detection (LOD) for the Green Spring ® SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test is 4 x 10² TCID₅₀/mL.The LOD for Green Spring ® SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kit was determined using limiting dilution of a gamma irradiation inactivated virus sample. The sample was provided at a concentration of 1.3 x 10⁶ TCID₅₀/mL.
HIGH-DOSE HOOK-EFFECT
The LOD study tested the highest concentration of the sample (TCID₅₀ of 1.3 x 10⁶ TCID₅₀/mL). No Hook-effect was detected.

Instructions for use
Test performance
After sample collection, perform the following tests:
1. Insert the swab sample into the extraction tube and immerse it up and down in the liquid. Rotate the swab several times during this process.
2. Squeeze the side of the tube while removing the cotton swab for extraction
Liquid remaining in the swab.
3. Place the dropper tip firmly on the extraction tube and mix the liquid
thorough.
4. Add 3 drops (approximately 100 μL) to the test sample well
Glue the tape to the tape through the tip of the dropper.
5. Interpret the test results after 15 minutes. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
Storage and stability
Store the test in an airtight foil bag at room temperature or refrigerated (2 - 30 "C). The test is stable until the expiration date. Test cartridges should be kept in an airtight foil bag until use. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date .Keep away from sunlight, humidity and heat sources.
